Braun Announces New Parts Web Site Launch
Braun has announced the launch of their new replacement Parts web site. The complete redesign includes content, layout, navigation and enhanced functionality. Access to this site remains through customer-specific passwords in a secure online environment.
The new Braun Laundry Parts web site lists well over 4,000 parts available for immediate conventional ground or express shipping. Customers may search by part number, categories, or simply by keyword, and most parts now include detailed photos. Braun offers their customers the flexibility to be direct billed for parts purchases or they may use a credit card for payment.
To purchase parts through the web site, customers are first required to create their company profile. They can even list their specific equipment and serial number which enables the Braun parts department to verify that the correct part is being shipped to match that equipment. The customer profile also contains order history.
“The architecture of our new site provides us the capability to add additional functionality to make the customer experience more dynamic”; stated Chris Thune, Braun’s Parts Department Manager.
